Sound baths are intended to foster deep relaxation, alleviate stress, and encourage a meditative or mindful state. as a Participant you typically lie down comfortably while the sounds envelop you, aiding in calming your mind and balancing your energy.
Please bring your own yoga mat and anything that will make you feel Relaxed.
