Sound Bath & Reiki Circle
Join Connie & I for a Sound Bath & Reiki Healing Circle on Saturday February 11th @ 7pm at the Graceful Moon Center for Healing Arts.
Sound Baths can lead to reduced anxiety levels, tension, and sadness as well as diminished pain. Studies indicate a sound bath may improve your mood and release tension in your body, among other things.
One of the greatest impacts & benefits of Reiki is that it can create such deep relaxation that it automatically helps the body release stress and tension that it’s been holding onto for many years.
Combining these healing modalities together brings us into a space of Healing and deep relaxation.
Please bring your own blankets & pillows.
We can provide yoga mats & back jacks.
