What is a Sound Bath?
A Sound Bath is a deeply restorative, vibrational experience. You’ll be gently immersed in the soothing sounds of crystal singing bowls, chimes, tuning forks, and other healing instruments. These sessions are designed to help you release stress, find inner stillness, and bring your mind and body back into harmony.
Just lie back, breathe, and receive. 💫
