I just booked a session, what do I need to know?

If this is your first appointment and you have booked with me online a Client Intake Form will be emailed to you automatically please fill out, sign and send back to me prior to your first appointment.
If you have made your first appointment with me on the phone I will email you a Client Intake Form to you ASAP please follow the same instructions above.

What is your massage cancellation policy?

24 hour advance notice is required when canceling an appointment. This allows others to schedule an appointment with me. If you are unable to give me a 24 hours advance notice you will be charged the full rate of the appointment. This amount must be paid prior to your next scheduled appointment.​

I couldn't make it to my appointment and forgot to cancel, what now?

No-show appointments are charged the total rate of the appointment. 

Do you have Out Call sessions Available?
Yes, I do! 
Outcall Sessions are available for homes, offices, or hotels. I charge an additional $10.00 per session, plus an additional .35 cents per mile for travel.

Is there a surcharge for outcall appointments?

No, there is no surcharge for outcall appointments.

COVID-19 Safety Protocols
At Libby Zona Massage & Healing Arts, I am taking precautions to ensure that when you visit me, you feel safe and secure.
I'd like to go over specifics for COVID-19 precautions.

What I am doing:

• I wash my hands often with soap and water for at least 20 seconds and use alcohol-based hand sanitizer during the session.
• Provided for you are individual disposable bamboo towels for hand washing. 
• In addition to our regular, comprehensive cleaning procedures, I use a UV/Ozone Lamp.

• A Molekule Purifier constantly running through all sessions and thought the day and night. Molekule.com

• I empty the trash cans every day.
• thoroughly wipe down all massage tables, props, surfaces used in the session with Sani-wipes either Clorox or similar.
• I provide sanitizer in each room including the waiting area 8

General recommendations that you can do for yourself and others:

• Support your immune, nervous, and lymphatic systems through nutrition, supplements, massage, and movement. For example, drink a lot of hot tea, eat kinds of garlic, etc.  
• Actively use essential oil blends to support your immunity. Blend any high-quality essential oils of Thieves and Frankincense, along with coconut oil. We use doTERRA Essential Oils at my office. Especially effective if used on the bottoms of the feet.
• Meditation practice is what can help you keep the nervous system calm so that it can respond properly, instead of being taxed by how worried we are. Studies show that physiological changes occur after meditation that makes it easier for your body to fight off bacterial and viral pathogens.

• Avoid close contact with people who are sick.
• If you're sick, please stay home! I want you to feel comfortable & safe coming to my office.

What products do you use in your practice?

In keeping with the idea of optimal health and restoration, I use the following organic products in my practice.

• For Reflexology and Aromatherapy: Doterra and Young Living essential oils.

I'm running late for my appointment, what now?

If you arrive late, your session will be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, I will determine if there is enough time remaining to start the treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the full cost of the session.

Payment Method
We accept Cash, Visa, Mastercard, Venmo, Zelle, and Gift Cards. Please bring the card you wish to use with you to your session.
Please note that if you do not show up for your session you will be asked to pay the full amount

Safety/Conduct
As a professionally licensed therapist, I am dedicated to providing a completely safe and enjoyable experience for you My work is strictly therapeutic and non-sexual. Any sexual comments or advances will result in immediate termination of the session.

New Clients
Please arrive a few minutes early to discuss with me what you would like to focus on. If you are late for your session, I will do my best to accommodate you for the time you have left without penalizing the following client. Clients who are over 30 minutes late will be asked to reschedule their appointment.

Pregnant Clients
Please specify that you are pregnant when booking, I do not give pregnancy massages within the first trimester(1-12 weeks) of a woman's pregnancy. This is because of the increased risk for miscarriage. If you are scheduling an appointment for your partner or a friend who is expecting, you must notify me upon booking the reservation.

Gratuities
Gratuities are not included however, greatly appreciated and preferred in Cash.
